Women through different Stages of Life

This is the process of life

that is unique and individual to each of us 

Self discovery of understanding the beauty of woman

There are many areas for us to embrace and understand

on our journey of becoming a woman in this life.  

The cycles that we experience, as a child, a young woman,

a lover, a wife, a mother, a mentor and guardian,

as our mothers did before us, and theirs before them,

our children too will continue on their journey.  

Within each Life coming to terms with our experiences,

emotional thoughts and feelings reflect greatly

on our minds and bodies.

Whether it is that we have received the nurturing

from our mothers alongside the love that we all need or not...

We will find ourselves at times wondering how to create the change

we need to release the pain and suffering...  

So often for many of us we continue with the pain of suffering

until it becomes too great for us to bare,

for the pain of change may seem greater...

And there will come a time to be willing to change.

So it is that we will experience all of the beauty

and pain of life.... no matter whom we are.

The Divine Feminine

I originally began my journey of self discovery, of understanding

the beauty of women, in my late 30's.  

I feel that my emotional experiences, and the behaviour

I created as a result of them, had in so many respects

disempowered my confidence, strength,

and ability to love myself.

I studied women... for their natural grace and how they moved, 

embracing their body and self expression,

their emotion, pain, joy, nurturing and courage.

I believe we nurture naturally,  we have so many incredible gifts within,

that so often we are not in touch with... our compassion, forgiveness and love.

I reached a place of peace and self confidence,

understood how to nurture myself and

the child within, to feel joy in my heart, to love myself, 

to trust my intuition and instinct, to accept and own my truth.  

To wake up in the morning, feeling each day was precious to me,

to be in the moment, to feel love and express love

without emotional needs ...

To know I could truly look after and

take responsibility and be accountable for myself. 

I feel empowered and everyday continues to be a learning process of understanding

my truth and expressing my voice and feeling a connection with the world and the universe.

The Divine Union

In our past generations the roles we embraced seemed to be 

   determined by society and its opinion of our status in life.

   The main role of the woman as the nurturer and nourisher

   with the provider and protector as a less prominent part of her.

   The man having his main role as a provider and protector

     and less prominent part as nurturer and nourisher.

     The need to recognise that both women and men each

   have feminine and masculine energies is of great importance ...

   As we learn to feel compassion and the heartfelt understanding 

     of the human condition for ourself and those we Love ...

  In today's world our roles cross over in many aspects of our lives...

   This offers an amazing opportunity for both women and men

   to connect to their own feminine and masculine energies as 

   well as each other's ...  with the awareness of choice in their 

          self expression and love for female and male.

  The dawning of a new era is presenting itself for us to embrace...

       The acceptance of our feminine and masculine energies...

         The two become one and our self trust and love 

    create a partnership of equality between man and woman.
