From Survival to Recovery
For All Individuals who have Experienced Emotional Trauma attached to Addiction ...
The pattern of life unfolds for all of us uniquely and individually created for our
learning in this life ... within our experiences, emotions and behaviour ...
There are different levels of addiction and each individual will determine
initially their own relationship with the energies of addiction they are most drawn to...
To understand that addiction and addictive behaviours can effect anyone,
regardless of the level of their traumatic past experiences
and background, is vital in helping us in our recovery.
My understanding of how we feel in the desolation that lay in the wake of those
that have been through the experience, not only the addict ...
Those that Love them have had their hearts broken too and the pain
of watching and experiencing the treachery of addiction at work with
your Child, Husband, Wife, Lover, Father, Mother, Sister, Brother, Son and Daughter ...
remains a trauma that stays with us alongside the devastating memory of our struggle
in trying to hold on to our self as well as the hopelessness we feel in trying to save their life,
and yet knowing we had little influence.
~ To finally reach a place of discovering they had to save themselves.
~ Sourcing as much information as we could in an area of life that felt alien to ourselves.
~ Trying desperately to hold on to our love for them and remember who they truly were,
when presented with whom they had become.
~ As their sole focus in their lives revolved around the addiction and their value
of people and things only based on the addiction.

Your Mind, Life , Health, Spirit and Soul ...
I truly believe in the opportunity to evolve alongside the experience of addiction.
Whether you are at a place of knowing your loved one is beginning to recover or not ...
It is important to take the time to nurture and look after yourself ...
~ To look within yourself and discover the truth held in your heart ,
to see and own the strengths and courage of your own nature and character.
~ To embrace a new beginning in learning how to create change
and choice in the structure of Your life.
~ To learn how to heal your own pain and emotional suffering from life ...
~ The realisation of emotional behaviour that you need to change to move forward in your life.
~ The understanding of coping strategies we have created when constantly traumatised
by fear for those in Peril and the survival of yourself.
A new beginning arrives when we are ready to gradually embrace and work in the release
of the past emotional pain and choose to create a life again for ourselves.
So often we feel quite detached from our self and there has been no time for
ourselves to evaluate our emotions or feelings
due to the random, chaotic, and uncertain lifestyle of the addict.
~ I will work alongside you in helping you to understand your personal experiences of addiction ...
~ The areas of emotion and behaviour you may need to either restructure or release...
~ Processing and embracing compassion, forgiveness and love.

"Anyone who has the good fortune of finding Jane March in their path
would be wise to pick up the phone immediately and book a session.
I would describe her as a transformational healing therapist,
with incredible, sometimes uncanny intuition, sensitivity and a wealth of experience
having spent many years studying every aspect of personal growth within a spiritual context
but yet fully grounded in the material world.
Jane is particularly knowledgable and helpful for anyone suffering from addiction
I cannot recommend her enough if you are ready to work with her,
she can literally help you perform miracles as well as giving you 100% support and commitment.
Jane is a one off; a special, kind and nurturing Fairy Godmother who has had a hugely positive impact on my life
I feel absolutely blessed to have worked alongside her.
The journey has been rocky at times, because she can cut right into the core of your being,
never without compassion and understanding.
I have cried rivers but also had such side-splitting laughs with Jane.
She is omnipresent and unforgettable. Big gratitude...thank you Jane!"
