Behaviour therapy can be helpful to us
at many times in our lives,
whether we are dealing with major life changes,
struggling with aspects of our personality,
deeply unhappy or just feeling
dissatisfied with life and ourselves.
When we learn how to understand our behaviour,
we are then able to release ourselves from the
emotional pain that lies behind it.
Each of us is on our own personal journey through this life
our whole lives are an experience of learning and evolving.
